Updates: Sorry for the lack of news in the last month. Ive been very busy updating the Facebook page and the blog, so i missed to report the latest news on the main site. However, this site is alive. Just thinking about the next 2012 release. Yes..In 2012 this site will be re-designed again, for the second time in a couple of months. Yesterday the band announced they made a deal with producer Kevin Shirley to record the next new studio album,starting this fall. The new album will be released in Aprile 2012. Stay tuned. /wm

Hi guys, welcome back. I've been very busy between work and family, so this is the first time in the last (almost) two months i got a minute to update the site. However, not such a lot of news about John.

The band is very busy touring the old continent, jumping from a summer tour to another one. Check YouTube for some videos taken during latest live appearences. Recently they announced a couple of new and interesting dates. The first one is the confirmed partecipation to the Gods Of Metal, the Italian metal show taking place on June 22.Europe will be one of the main guests for the 2011 edition, togheter with Whitesnake and Mr. Big. Be sure to be there and buy your tickets now. Click on the banner below.

Second new added date is DONAUINSELFEST FESTIVAL, Vienna (Austria), taking place on June 25. Check the official band site for more information.

The Book+CD+DVD Balls 'n banners pack Limited Ed. has been delayed. Amazon.de recently sent an update to all customers who pre-ordered the triple pack about the fact they didn't received items in time, so a new date will be - probably - announced. It could be May 25, when the DVD and Blu Ray's Live at Shepard's Bush live recordings will be out to be sold. I hope so, nothing official at this time.

Here we are guys with some news. Two weeks ago John and Europe performed TFC at Copenaghen during the Climate Meeting. If u missed the show follow this link to view the full video on YouTube or check directly on johnnorum.net website.

Playyard Blues: maybe this could not be a new for some of you , but for the others let me say that the last John' solo album has been delayed again..sigh... Now the release date has been postponed to 2010, but no details about it. The Dec.31, 2009 date was clearly a "fake" date for the release due to the impossibility to get a right date beacuse John is very busy touring w/ Europe. I personally think that the album will be probably released after the Europe LLAE tour or in the middle of it, maybe during a break. Stay tuned for more info.

Xmas is coming and i want to say "thanks" to all of you out there for this amazing year on JohnNorum.net. 2009 has been the year for the third johnnorum.net layout in the last eight years. 2009 has been the year of Last Look At Eden, the third Europe "after-reunion" album w/ John on guitars.

I'm back from holidays and ready to update the blog in the weeks to come, due to the long anticipated (and waited) release for Last Look at Eden. In the meantime PlayYard Blues, the last John' solo album has been delayed (again). Now the tentative release date has been set for the end of this year. Cross your fingers...

However, Europe have finished the summer tour and prepare theirself to the new Last Look At Eden World Tour.
